Personnel baskets
Personnel baskets and platforms can be installed on any structure on the market, allowing safety use at high altitudes, in compliance with current regulations. The available baskets are made of steel, aluminum, and fiberglass, for 1 to 4 operators, with or without rotation, with automatic or manual leveling and fixed or adjustable height.
Ferrari International CE compliant operator baskets are built according to the updated standards in accordance with EN 280 for the issued basket, equipping them with the necessary safety systems, which are:
- LIFTING CONTROL SYSTEM (FULLMATIC 3.0) for baskets whose floorboards are less than 1 square meter;
- LIFTING CONTROL SYSTEM (FULLMATIC 3.0) + LOAD LIMITER for baskets whose floorboards are greater than 1 square meter.
- The FAB AUTO model is a self-leveling basket with the possibility of working under bridges, an hydraulic actuator that allows 360º rotation of the arm (not continuous) and an electric card that balances its control.
This hydraulic actuator works with steel balls immersed in oil and has a safety lever installed to manually lock and unlock the basket arm.

The flow regulation valve allows the operator to regulate the speed at which the basket is balanced, based on weight and working requirements.

- The SKY models accommodate 2 to 4 operators and have a load capacity of 200 to 400 kg, with the option of a 360° rotating basket and an walk-in entrance with automatic closure.
All SKY models are equipped with the new FULLMATIC 3.0 inclination control system or the SKY AUTO KIT self-leveling system. From the SKY 3 model onward, the FULLCONTROL weight control system can be installed on all other models.
- The SKYLER models are available in steel, aluminum, and fiberglass with the capacity to carry 2 operators. The adjustable column allows the operator to manually adjust the length of the basket arm, reaching distances of almost 2 meters from the walking surface.
All SKYLER models are equipped with the new FULLMATIC 3.0 inclination control system and the SKY AUTO KIT self-leveling system.
- The FB SKY SPACE models are the widest baskets, allowing 2 or 3 operators with a maximum load of 200 kg and 300 kg, respectively (FB SKY SPACE 270 / FB SKY SPACE 300).
Both feature an automatic self-leveling system and are equipped with a load limiting system, certified according to the EN280 standard.
A hydraulic or electric configuration is available for each model:
- hydraulic version: the platform depends on the batteries and hydraulic distributor of the vehicle on which it is installed;
- electric version: relies on separate batteries on-board the basket, making it completely independent;
