Hydraulic hose reels

Reels are designed to withstand high-pressure fluids and are used in industrial, agricultural and construction machinery sectors.

Ferrari International's hose reels have a locking system for thermoplastic hydraulic hoses and are compact in size thanks to their small outer diameter.

​

The range of hose reels features compact models with 2 to 5 tracks, available with front or radial mounting, manufactured from durable materials.

Ferrari International hose reels are designed for lifting equipment such as forklifts, platforms or cranes.

The rotating body is made with GS 500 cast iron and positioned on a hardened steel shaft surface, then a retraction spring is placed that allows the hose to retract into the reel.

   

The hoses are made from high-strength synthetic fiber and anti-abrasive polyurethane and depending on the reel model, a hose can reach diameters from 1/4" to 1/2" with SAE 100 R7 to R8 resistance.

 

The tubes should be chosen based on pressure.
