KIT MACRO
Set of sensors required to ensure safety during the machine's operation
The EVO additional stabilizer range can be completed with the Kit Micro, which includes all the necessary sensors to ensure safety during the machine’s operation, in order to comply with the EN 12999 standard.
Depending on the models, these kits are composed by 2 microswitches to check the stabilizers’ full extension, two microswitches to check the grounding of cylinders, and two microswitches to check if the extensions have returned, once the stabilizer is recalled in place. If the machine electronics permit it, two strain gauges / encoders (4-20 mA) can be mounted to proportionally check the opening of the stabilizer.
For Palfinger cranes, original CAN BUS and S-IQ transducers can be provided. All sensors are protected from impacts and weather with steel carters, and wirings are collected inside a waterproof box.
Additional Distributor
Set of sensors required to ensure safety during the machine's operation
Additional distributor for all vehicles not including an hydraulic command for additional stabilizers.
This distributor redirects the oil flow to the additional stabilizers mounted on the vehicle.
Rod Extension
Extension that provides additional stroke to the rod
Extension permitting an extra stroke of 120 mm, in order to reduce the distance between the stabilizer and the pad.
Led Strip
High visibility LED strip
High visibility LED strips can be mounted on all models of Ferrari International additional stabilizers. They are installed on the stabilizing cylinders, to enhance the working area visibility.
The LED strip kit is 24V, with amber colour light and is available in three versions depending on the cylinder diameter. It includes the LED power cable, protected by a corrugated pipe, and a superseal connector.
The final assembly of the LED ring on the cylinder must be carried out by the operator once the distance pieces or clamping rings have been adjusted and mounted.
